Communities in BC must complete an interim Housing Needs Report (HNR) for the province by January 1, 2025, following provincial guidelines. Our calculator has automated the overwhelming majority of provincial requirements for the interim HNR, meaning communities in BC can focus on providing meaningful insight into their communities, not on procedural numbers and calculations.
